At Linden Ave, we thoughtfully produce and curate small-batch home goods with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products and limited production runs, all sales are final.


All Sales Are Final


We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.


Please review product descriptions, images, and details carefully before completing your purchase.



Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)


If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.


To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect:
 • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
 • Provide your order number
 • Include clear photos of:
 • The damaged or defective item
 • The packaging it arrived in


Once reviewed and approved, we will:
 • Replace the item or
 • Issue a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion


There is no cost to you for approved damage or defect claims.



Items Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund


We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:
 • Normal wear and tear
 • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
 • Items damaged after delivery
 • Incorrect items ordered by the customer




Shipping Issues


Linden Ave is not responsible for:
 • Delays caused by shipping carriers
 • Packages marked as delivered but not received


For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
