Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Order issues / damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)

Returns (No Returns Policy)
To keep our pricing fair and our operations streamlined, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email us at info@shoplindenave.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll help ASAP.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible at info@shoplindenave.com. If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled.
